www.ourmommieshands.org is a Blog Site
The purpose of this website is to bring visibility to the journey of women’s hands around the world, through literary expression and photography. Additionally, the website will provide a platform to share life experiences, open dialogue, and create a forum for people to speak about the impact that women’s hands have had on their lives; good and bad.

Visiting “the Site” or sending emails to OMH’s constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You acknowledge that OMH’s is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. OMH’s may collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, for the following reasons:
Children, 5 and up, will have an opportunity, with adult/parental permission, to document their story/s about the hands of the women in their lives, through pictures and or literary documentation. Users under the age of 13, must obtain parent or guardian permission to use the Site. If you under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this Site. If you are a parent and have questions about our date collection practices, please contact using the information provided at the end of this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may use www.ourmommieshands.org only with permission of a parent or guardian.

The Linked Sites are not ubder the control of OMH and OMH is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
